We’re a plus size couple residing in Charleston, South Carolina who really love food. No, like really love it.

We’ve been overweight most of our lives and we know all about the struggle of losing the pounds – especially those first few weeks where it just feels like you’re about to eat the hind leg off of a cow.

This website is all about eating healthy, finding your balance, and simplifying the low carb way of eating so you can lose weight and feel better.

Our Diet: Protein-Centric Low Carb

After reaching an excess of 300 pounds on a 5’2″ frame, Kimi knew she needed to do something to lessen the pain she was in as a result of carrying so much weight.

Low Carb was suggested to her multiple times as a more healthy way of eating for someone like her with PCOS, but let’s be real here… bread is freaking amazing.

Thanks to the support of Jeremy, we were able to begin a weight loss journey and see ourselves be able to enjoy experiences together again – travel, late night walks, and yes… even trips to the grocery store that had once become painful and difficult.

We lost more than 75 pounds each in less than a year by only changing our diets, and fully believe that you can do it too.
